I found out today I am pre-approved for a mortgage. Wow that sounds so grown up! The price I was hoping for I am covered for and now I think after re-working my budget some its an achievable thing to buy my first place!
Next step is finding the place. I'm leaning towards the condo in the previous post but want to see a few other places in my price range before I commit and make an offer. I'm calling a real estate agent tomorrow...
